Meet the Council

The Panhellenic Council acts as the guiding force that unites the sorority community, fostering leadership and collaboration while embracing the principles of Sisterhood, Scholarship, Leadership, and Service. Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive environment where members are empowered to excel academically, socially, and personally, leaving a positive impact within the Fraternity and Sorority Life community, Northeastern's Campus, the Greater Boston Area, and beyond. Led by an Executive Council consisting of elected leaders from various chapters, the council offers support to chapters, enforces policies and procedures, and ensures every member enjoys an inclusive and fulfilling experience.

Panhellenic President

Zoe Cubanski

As the President of Northeastern's Panhellenic Council, I plan and lead meetings, coordinate with chapter leaders, and communicate events and updates with the delegates of the 11 chapters on our campus. I represent our community at gatherings of other FSL organizations and support our Panhellenic executive board in all of our endeavors. As an executive board, we propose new ideas and work to improve and support the experience of being a member of a Panhellenic chapter at Northeastern!

Vice President of Operations

Erika Gonzalez

As Vice President of Operations for Northeastern University's Panhellenic Council, I lead meetings in the President's absence, chair the Judicial Board, manage finances, oversee scholarships, and liaise with Panhellenic Delegates. My responsibilities also include managing dues, recording meetings, coordinating elections, and ensuring compliance with governing documents, all to ensure the Council's smooth operation!

VP Recruitment (Internal)

Carly Thoms

As Vice President of Recruitment Internal, my position is the chapter-facing elements of recruitment. I communicate with chapter leadership and recruitment chairs about any important information. I help coordinate room and theme selection, recruitment budget and any other logistical concerns. During the spring semester, I help coordinate continuous open bidding with chapter recruitment chairs!

VP Recruitment (External)

Grace Krumplitsch

As Vice President of Recruitment External, my chapter is the PNM-facing elements of recruitment. I coordinate Rho Gamma training, manage communication with potential new members and Rho Gammas, and design merch for both potential new members and Rho Gammas. Additionally, I evaluate and improve recruiting procedures to align with our Values-Based Recruitment here at Northeastern!

VP Marketing & Communications

Sarah Wynn

As Vice President of Marketing and Communications, I am responsible for all external communications for the Panhellenic Council including our marketing plan, communication with the greater FSL community and the Northeastern Community as a whole. I maintain the Panhellenic website, social media channels, as well as create a weekly newsletter to members updated on what is going on within the community!

VP Programming

Kendall Lucchesi

As Vice President of Programming, I work closely with each and every member of the Panhellenic Executive Board as well as collaborate with IFC and all FSL chapters. I am in charge of planning, coordinating and running Take It To The Floor and Greek Sing, which are two of the biggest FSL events that Northeastern has to offer. Additionally, I am in charge of planning events for all of the Panhellenic sisters here on campus!

VP Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility

Mia Cain

As Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility, I serve as a consultant to other Panhel Eboard members and chapters as well as make sure each and every Panhellenic member upholds the Code of Ethics. I work with each sorority's DEI chair to discuss how the Northeastern Panhellenic Community can make sure that every member has accessibility to Northeastern and Panhellenic resources allowing them to have an environment where they can be their most true and authentic selves. I also put on Town Hall events as well as host roundtables to discuss a range of topics including DEI programming, finances, recruitment, sexual violence prevention and overall building and fostering a safe community!
