Recruitment

There are three methods of recruitment throughout the year: Primary Recruitment and Fall Continuous Open Bidding (COB), and Spring Continuous Open Bidding. Primary recruitment features four rounds which allow participants to explore each chapter. At the end of the rounds, individuals will have the opportunity to receive a bid on Bid Day and celebrate with the chapter they just joined. COB - Fall and Spring - only takes place if chapters have spots open and choose to participate therefore it does not have a set schedule and varies from chapter to chapter.
